Abstract
1. Fluorescent diagnostic reagent, containing a compound consisting of a) a hydrophobic hapten, b) a hydrophilic compound and c) a hydrophobic fluorescent compound based on fluoresceine, umbelliferone or fluorescamine, whilst both the hydrophobic hapten and also the hydrophobic fluorescent compound are bonded to the hydrophilic compound separately from each other, characterised in that the hydrophilic compound is an aminoglycoside of general formula see diagramm : EP0047459,P10,F1 wherein : R1 represents =C or -CH ; R2 represents -CH2 OH, -CH2 NH2 , -CH2 NHCH3 , see diagramm : EP0047459,P10,F2 or see diagramm : EP0047459,P10,F3 R3 represents =C or -CH ; R4 , R5 and R9 represent -H or -OH ; R6 represents -OH or -NH2 ; R7 represents -NH2 , -NHCH2 CH3 or -NH-COCH(OH)CH2 CH2 NH2 ; R8 represents -H or -CH2 OH ; R10 represents -OH or -CH3 and R11 represents -NH2 or -NHCH3 .
