Abstract

Novel condensed diazepinones of the formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> to R<1><0>, A, B, X<1> and X<2> are as defined in Claim 1, their isomers and their acid addition salts, and, in particular for pharmaceutical use, their physiologically tolerable acid addition salts with inorganic or organic acids. The novel compounds have useful properties when used as vagal pacemakers for the treatment of bradycardias and bradyarrhythmias and are obtained by methods known per se. [EP0326066A2]
