Abstract

The present application provides a bicycle light which has a first light emitting portion which is configure to illuminate away from the bicycle and a second light emitting portion which is emits light in the non-visible spectrum and which is orientated to illuminate the torso of the cyclist and cause an illumination of a photo-luminescent material provided on a surface of a high visibility jacket that is worn by the cyclist. <Figure 2>
