This invention refers to soluble Piroxicam salts obtained through salt reduction with alkylamines chosen from: tri-(hydroxymethyl)-amino-methane, tri(2-aminoethyl)-amino, N, N'diethyl-ethanolamine, triethanolamine, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, N-methylglucamine, N-methyl-α,L-glucosamine, that is administered orally, without causing irritation to the gastrointestinal tract mucus like Piroxicam does in it's natural form, furthermore thanks to it being soluble it is particularly suitable for being injected and has special gynaecological uses.
