Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un procedimento per la trasformazione a freddo dei rifiuti solidi urbani e/o dei fanghi, che prevede: a) alimentare i rifiuti solidi urbani (1) e/o i fanghi (2) ad un omogeneizzatore (5); f) pretriturare (3) grossolanamente i rifiuti solidi urbani; g) eventualmente, separare (3) da questi ultimi carta e/o plastica e/o legno e/o altri materiali convenienti da recuperare; b) omogeneizzare (5) i prodotti in una centrifuga ad elevato numero di giri aggiungendo acqua; c) pressare o centrifugare (7) il prodotto omogeneizzato in modo da eliminare sostanzialmente acqua; d) impastare (8) il prodotto così ottenuto con cemento (10) e un poliestere vinilico (9); e) formare il prodotto.L'invenzione riguarda, inoltre, i prodotti ottenuti con il suddetto procedimento e un impianto per la sua attuazione.
