Abstract

Metodo ed unità (1) per la rullatura di prodotti multistrato (2) di materiale elastomerico allo stato crudo, secondo i quali un prodotto multistrato (2) anulare di materiale elastomerico allo stato crudo, in particolare un prodotto costituente almeno parte di un pneumatico (2), viene disposto all'interno di un corpo anulare cavo atto a contenere il prodotto multistrato stesso (2) e costituente uno stampo (5) di rullatura presentante una superficie interna (5a) concava, la quale è disposta a contatto di una prima superficie (34a) convessa del prodotto multistrato (2), e presenta, in negativo, una forma uguale ad una forma finale da impartire al prodotto multistrato (2) stesso; un dispositivo di rullatura (24) venendo portato a contatto, con una pressione determinata, con una seconda superficie (34) concava del prodotto multistrato (2) ; e venendo, quindi, generato un moto relativo fra il dispositivo di rullatura (24) ed il prodotto multistrato (2) per portare il dispositivo di rullatura (24) a rullare il prodotto multistrato (2) stesso a contatto della superficie interna (5a) dello stampo (5) di rullatura.
