Abstract

Uno zoccolo porta-chip comprende un alloggiamento isolante (9') in pezzo unico con un corpo incorniciante rettangolare (10') che circonda una piastra (14') di base rettangolare. Contatti (13') vengono pressati entro cavità (12') nel corpo (10'), fornendo file di porzioni elastiche di contatto (17') colleganti il porta-chip ed estese verso l'interno e, in corrispondenza di una faccia (18') adiacente alla scheda circuitale, file di linguette (16') di saldatura estese verso l'interno per il collegamento mediante saldatura a riflusso a pastiglie della scheda circuitale. Rispettivi bordi perimetrali della piastra (14) di base sono distanziati da rispettivi lati adiacenti del corpo (10'), definendo con essi rispettive aperture allineate sopra tutte le linguette (16') di rispettive file, mediante porzioni (32) a ponte estese diagonalmente da rispettivi angoli della piastra (14') di base a corrispondenti angoli adiacenti del corpo (10') in punti fra estremità adiacenti di file di linguette (16') adiacenti, le aperture dando luogo a finestre d'ispezione per tutte le linguette (16') e punti fra linguette (16') adiacenti in una fila. Le porzioni (32) a ponte costituiscono anche piedi (35) che reggono la piastra (14') di base distanziata al disopra della scheda circuitale.
