Abstract

In un sensore di pressione 11 la parte di fondo 13 è costituita di una piastra di fondo 18 e di una sovrastruttura 17 entrambe accoppiate fra di loro con l'ausilio di un traversino elastico 19. Se la parte di fondo 13 viene fissata su un elemento costruttivo, allora in seguito al traversino elastico 19 per il fissaggio non si verificano tensioni meccaniche producenti una indefinita precarica della membrana 26 e rispettivamente delle striscie dilatometriche 40. Conseguentemente si possono evitare errori di misurazione dovuti al fissaggio meccanico per effetto del montaggio a ridosso. (Figura 2).
