Abstract

Il manicotto è provvisto di due collari anulari, tra loro ravvicinati, creati nel corso dell'operazione di vulcanizzazione sulla porzione d'estremità della parete interna del corpo.Detti collari sporgono verso l'interno per una quota preferibilmente non superiore a quella dello spessore del manicotto, presentano un profilo sostanzialmente trapezoidale e costituiscono altrettanti punti di presa antisfilamento per il manicotto stesso calzato sul tubo e su di esso serrato con generica fascetta elastica.I medesimi collari, ottenuti in solido col manicotto, impediscono trafilamenti di liquido fungendo da guarnizioni di tenuta.
