Abstract

Un procedimento continuo, per la deasfaltazione e la demetallazione di un residuo della distillazione di un greggio, mediante dimetil carbonato quale solvente di estrazione, comprende:- la miscelazione di un residuo della distillazione del greggio e di una corrente liquida di riciclo contenente olio e dimetil carbonato; per formare una soluzione omogenea;- il raffreddamento di detta soluzione omogenea e la separazione di una fase liquida leggera raffinata, una fase liquida intermedia estratta ed una fase pesante contenente gli asfalteni,- il recupero di un olio primario deasfaltato e demetallato da detta fase leggera;- il riciclo parziale allo stadio di miscelazione di detta fase intermedia ed il recupero di un olio secondario deasfaltato dalla frazione rimanente;- il recupero degli asfalteni da detta fase pesante.
