Abstract

Un procedimento per produrre lastre di legno massiccio, costituite di più strati, utilizzando un dispositivo di assemblaggio con stazione di posa, sulla quale vengono sovrapposti lo strato di copertura inferiore sulla lamiera di trasporto, su questo lo strato centrale già incollato finito e lo strato di copertura superiore nonché la lamiera di copertura mediante carrello trasportatore sotto vuoto, laddove in precedenza le lamelle su un posto di posa vengono situate l'una accanto all'altra a formare strati di copertura, è caratterizzato dal fatto che prima dell'assemblaggio del pacco pressato (9) e prima della pressatura a caldo nella pressa (8) le lamelle (27) vengono sovrapposte in pila a formare un blocco per uno strato di copertura (22) oppure (23) con le loro superfici stratificate, e successivamente il blocco di lamelle viene fatto passare attraverso una stazione di incollatura (18), laddove le lamelle (27) vengono incollate in corrispondenza dei bordi e successivamente le lamelle (27) vengono singolarizzate e collocate l'una accanto all'altra a formare strati di copertura (22) oppure (23), ed inoltre dal fatto che in una fase parallela del procedimento lo strato centrale finito (13) in una seconda linea di movimento viene incollato in corrispondenza della superficie superiore e di quella inferiore (Figura 1).
