Abstract

L'invenzione concerne una capsula per spola del crochet di una macchina cucitrice a più aghi provvista di dispositivo di taglio e di morsetto per il filo del crochet. Essa risolve il problema di ritenere sotto tensione il filo del crochet svolto dalla spola di un ago escluso e, pertanto non utilizzato nel ciclo di cucitura, per la formazione di una scorta di filo limitata e temporanea, ma guidato per il taglio al morsetto ed ivi fissato, mantenendolo esente da carico. A questo scopo, nella parte superiore (1) della capsula, oltre ad una prima molla (7) per tendere il filo (6) del crochet una seconda molla (11) è disposta in modo che è mobile, oltre ché in una prima posizione (posizione di cucitura) determinata dal percorso del filo (6) durante la cucitura, ed in una seconda posizione determinata dalla formazione di un codolo di filo durante la fase di esclusione di uno degli aghi, è mobile in una terza posizione (posizione di riposo), in cui non agisce sul filo (6) del crochet tra la spola (16) ed il morsetto (23) e fuori dalla quale è mobile nella posizione di cucitura all'inizio del successivo ciclo di cucitura durante la formazione del primo allaggiamento tra il filo crochet ed il filo dell'ago mediante gli stessi contro la forza di molla.
