Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda una pressa operante in continuo per produrre pannelli truciolari, pannelli di fibre, pannelli di materia artificiale, pannelli di legno compensato o similari, con nastri di acciaio senza fine, flessibili, che trasmettono la pressione di pressatura, trascinano il prodotto da pressare attraverso la pressa e sono guidati su tamburi di azionamento di tamburi di rinvio attorno al tavolo di pressatura rispettivamente alla mazza di pressatura e con l'intercapedine di pressatura impostabile tramite aste di rotolamente che si muovono concomitantemente, e con i loro assi sono guidati trasversalmente alla direzione di movimento del nastro, si sostengono in contrappoggio del tavolo di pressatura e della mazza di pressatura, laddove le aste di rotolamento rotolano sulle piastre di riscaldamento montate sul tavolo di pressatura e sulla mazza di pressatura. L'invenzione è caratterizzata dal montaggio di piastre di rotolamente (13) sulle superfici di rotolamento delle piastre di riscaldamento (11) con uno spessore di 7 fino a 23 mm ed una durezza Brinell di 250 ed oltre, laddove le piastre di rotolamento (13) per un impiego bilaterale sono bilateralmente trattate termicamente e/oppure sottoposte a tempra di profondità nonchè presentano la microfinitura (Figura 1).
