Abstract

La macchina per caffè espresso per uso domestico oggetto del trovato è costituita da un bollitore che produce vapore d'acqua alla pressione di circa 8 bar. Il vapore è introdotto in uno scambiatore di calore a radiatore, cede parte del suo calore, si condensa, e scende alla temperatura ottimale (circa 85 gradi centigradi) producendo una bevanda con caratteristiche analoghe a quelle prodotte con macchine professionali nei bar.La macchina è prevista di una valvola di pressione a spillo che si apre automaticamente al raggiungimento della pressione di esercizio.L'innovazione tecnologica risiede nel fatto di avere eliminato qualsiasi tipo di pompa per la pressione dell'acqua, di poter essere usata con qualsiasi fonte di calore esterna (gas o elettricità) e di avere ridotte dimensioni d'ingombro nonché basso costo di produzione.
