Abstract

La macchina impiega per la torrefazione nelle camere di combustione (1 e 2), formate dalle pareti di carteratura, serie di bruciatori atmosferici (3 e 4). I flussi d'aria, prelevati dall'esterno mediante un aspiratore compressore (5), si riscaldano al passaggio nelle dette camere di combustione e, lambendo in sollevamento le pareti arroventate, attraversano un impianto di circolazione formato da collettori (6, 7 e 8) immettenti in collettore centrale (9) cedente loro il proprio calore di riverbero che ne eleva la temperatura su percorrenza. Il flusso d'aria calda, mediante detto aspiratore compressore (5), viene proiettato attraverso una conduttura (10) in condotto a scivolo (11) e, passando attraverso due imbocchi (12 e 13) uno della camera di precottura (14) nel relativo cilindro (15) e l'altro della camera di cottura (16) nel suo cilindro (17), interviene simultaneamente sul prodotto in lavorazione introducendo ossigeno ed in relazione aumentando la massa di aria calda. Si realizza così una stabilità di calore in tutto il comparto operativo che assicura una omogeneità di lavorazione.
