Abstract

Il metodo secondo l'invenzione prevede l'utilizzazione della tecnologia delle polveri metalliche per la produzione di uno statore con incorporati i magneti permanenti.Questi vengono montati su un punzone a sua volta introdotto in uno stampo che viene successivamente riempito con una miscela di polveri metalliche e resina termo-indurente, per realizzare con un'unica operazione lo statore incorporante i magneti permanenti, eventualmente in pezzo unico con il corpo di un riduttore collegato al motore.
