Abstract
Viene descritta una nuova specialità alimentare a pasta filata contenente ingredienti naturali e sintetici, di origine animale e/o vegetale, semplici o composti, scelti dal gruppo comprendente frutta, verdura, carne, spezie, farinacei, ortaggi ed altri simili. Tale aggiunta ha il potere di modificare il gusto o sapore del prodotto finito senza modificare le caratteristiche della pasta filata, ad esempio la sua capacità di "filare". Viene anche descritto il procedimento per preparare tale specialità ed il suo impiego come tale, per farcire alimenti quali pizza, torte salate e non, come ripieno per paste alimentari, per preparazioni gastronomiche o panini, oppure come condimento vero e proprio per piatti tipici quali spaghetti, maccheroni e simili.
