Abstract
E' riportato un procedimento per la preparazione della L-?-glicerilfosforil-L-serina e della L-?-(diacetil)-glicerilfosforil-L-serina, nelle forme anidra, monoidrata, biidrata e triidrata comprendente la reazione del composto (II) (FORMULA I) con (+)-1,2-isopropilidene-sn-glicerolo tosilato, il trattamento del prodotto così ottenuto con un acido alogenidrico, a pH da 2 a 4; l'eventuale acetilazione del prodotto così ottenuto, il trattamento con zinco in H2O/THF in presenza di HCl, a pH 4-5, e la cristallizzazione da miscele idroalcooliche per ottenere le forme idrate.Costituiscono inoltre oggetto della presente invenzione la forma monoidrata della L-?-glicerofosforil-L-serina e le forme monoidrata, biidrata e triidrata della L-?-(diacetil)-glicerilfosforil-L-serina.
