Abstract

The headlight projector unit has a projector (10) with cover (12) and a headlight (11) positioned sideways with cover (13). The headlight cover (13) has two pins (31) which penetrate, on opening (32), a mud guard (19) the headlight (11) is held by a blocking lever (37). The headlight cover (13) is paired with the projector cover by a fixing element (46) which, by means of a round headed housing (44) shaped on the back of it, is articulated in a rounded head (43) on the headlight cover (13). On the projector cover (12) on the back of a bracket (23) with a vertical hole (27) open in front, the fixing element is (46) has a U-shaped part (47) which embraces the bracket (26) and by means of a screw (49) extending through the hole (27), it is fixed to the bracket (26). The headlight (11) is therefore positioned exactly onto the mud guard (19) where there is a compensation of tolerance respect to the projector cover (12) by means of the fixing element (46).<IMAGE>
