Abstract

Un rullo di trascinamento in cui la carcassa esterna di un rullo di raffreddamento, attraverso il quale circola un mezzo di raffreddamento, presenta delle scanalature nella propria superficie esterna, formanti delle parti piene che supportano un rivestimento perforato. Viene stabilita una comunicazione fra dette scanalature della carcassa ed una scanalatura statorica segmentata collegata ad una sorgente di pressione ridotta, in modo tale che la depressione possa esercitare una azione di trazione sul nastro mentre il mezzo di raffreddamento raffredda il nastro, per il tramite del rivestimento.
