Abstract

Procedimento di conversione del combustibile derivante dai rifiuti (RDF) in gas combustibile in cui l'RDF viene gassificato, sottoponendo il gas derivante ad un processo di cracking catalitico in cui viene usato almeno un additivo alcalino, o un prodotto equivalente, detto gas risultante transitando attraverso un separatore a ciclone per la raccolta del particolato solido e successivamente venendo sottoposto ad un raffreddamento con recupero di aria calda prima di pervenire a filtri a maniche, le ceneri della gassificazione ed il particolato solido venendo inviati allo smaltimento ceneri, le dette ceneri di gassificazione venendo preventivamente vagliate per la raccolta dei fini, detti fini venendo miscelati ai fini provenienti dai detti filtri a maniche ed utilizzati come ulteriori catalizzatori nel processo di cracking catalitico.
