Il trovato riguarda una spezzatrice automatica per il taglio di pasta da pane o pasticceria, comprendente una lama (5) per il taglio in senso trasversale della suddetta, nonchè setti (4) atti a consentire il taglio in senso longitudinale della stessa.La caratteristica di novità del trovato è costituita dalla presenza di mezzi che consentono, in modo semplice e rapido, sia di variare la conformazione del fronte di taglio longitudinale che, all'accorrenza, di allontanare tutti i setti dalla pasta (fig.1).
