Abstract

L'apparato impiega una coppia di pettini rotanti (11-14) coi dischi del secondo pettine interposti tra i dischi del primo pettine e posti superiormente tra spondine fisse di guida (17). I dischi del primo pettine intercettano i flussi delle capsule chiuse, dai quali sono già stati eliminati gli eventuali coperchi senza i fondelli. Le capsule si inseriscono col fondello tra i dischi del primo pettine e rimangono a questi sospese col coperchio (C1). Attraverso i dischi del primo pettine cadono i soli fondelli delle capsule e le eventuali capsule schiacciate. Le capsule trasportate dal primo pettine rotante, giungono sui dischi del secondo pettine, in genere col coperchio in avanti. Il secondo pettine trasferisce le capsule nei canali longitudinali di guida (107') di un corto piano vibrante (7'), dotato nella parte iniziale di ogni canale, di un'apertura longitudinale (19) che lascia passare il fondello ma che trattiene il coperchio delle capsule che in tal modo giungono verticali in un foro (20) di evacuazione. Le eventuali capsule cori due coperchi, superano il detto foro (20) e vengono scaricate nella tramoggia degli scarti.
