Abstract

L'elemento filiforme di connessione in materia plastica comprende un corpo allungato filiforme presentante ad una sua prima estremità una barretta disposta ortogonalmente ad esso e sulla sua seconda estremità un ingrossamento, il corpo allungato filiforme è inoltre munito di un primo e di un secondo inspessimento rispettivamente a ridosso dell'ingrossamento e della barretta. Il procedimento per la realizzazione di un elemento filiforme di connessione in materia plastica consiste nel realizzare una pluralità di elementi filiformi connessi ad un unico supporto in uno stampo utilizzando una pressione prefissata ed un materiale ad elevata fluidità, nel preraffreddare fino ad una temperatura prefissata il materiale introdotto nello stampo, nell'espellere quindi la pluralità dì elementi filiformi con il relativo supporto dallo stampo e nel raffreddare bruscamente la pluralità di elementi filiformi ed il loro supporto.
