Abstract

Si descrive una apparecchiatura per ottenere da una soluzione un soluto ad elevata purezza che comprende una caldaia o ribollitore, una colonna di rettifica a piatti forati con battente idraulico statico ed un condensatore parziale o deflemmatore ad alta efficienza. Il battente idraulico statico è ottenuto impiegando per i piatti del materiale idrorepellente. Per ogni liquido usato, l'altezza desiderata del battente dipende dalla scelta del diametro dei fori sugli stessi piatti. Nel deflemmatore il tubo elicoidale è avvolto in una sorta di vite senza fine, formata da dischi sovrapposti, opportunamente asolati e svirgolati, e gli spazi liberi fra tubo e dischi sono riempiti da trucioli metallici che aumentano le perdite di carico e riducono al minimo i cammini preferenziali sia del liquido che del vapore.
