Abstract

Il dispositivo è costituito da un sopporto che comprende un telaio rettangolare allungato (8), il quale può essere collocato sopra il pane che deve essere scarificato. Un cilindro a doppio effetto (1) è integrale con una lastra verticale (4) e la sua asta (7) è integrale con un braccio (9) parallelo ai lati maggiori del telaio. Questo sopporta le lame (10).L'asta (7) non può ruotare durante il suo spostamento lineare e obliquo rispetto al telaio (8) per il fatto di avere un anello (6) che è guidato in una barra (5) parallela all'asta.Il telaio (8) è collegato al sopporto per mezzo di una parte (13) che gli permette di inclinarsi e, facendo ciò, un interruttore (11) provoca il funzionamento del cilindro (1), cosicchè le lame (10) tagliano obliquamente l'interno del telaio (8).
