Il sistema comprende:- una prima postazione (1) con una videocamera di ripresa (3) e un trasmettitore televisivo a scansione lenta (5), e - una seconda postazione (2) con un ricevitore televisivo a scansione lenta (9) e un monitor (8) collegato all'uscita di tale ricevitore (9) Dette postazioni (1, 2) di cui almeno una è mobile, comprendono inoltre rispettivi mezzi di collegamento (6; 10, 11) atti a consentirne la comunicazione attraverso un sistema di telecomunicazione preesistente (7, 12) includente la rete telefonica (7) ed almeno una tratta di collegamento di tipo radiomobile (12).(Figura 1)
