Abstract

Dispositivo per misurare la condizione di un feltro (4) in una macchina da carta e per il suo ricondizionamento, comprendente una testina di misurazione (7) dotata di una camera di aspirazione (7b) ed una superficie di misurazione (7a) da posizionare contro la superficie del feltro (4) e dotata di fori di aspirazione (15) che convergono nella camera di aspirazione (7b); un condotto di aspirazione (17) che conduce alla camera di aspirazione (7b) ed in comunicazione con una fonte di vuoto (9) per aspirare aria ed acqua attraverso i fori di aspirazione (15) dal feltro (4) entro la camera di aspirazione (7b); e mezzi di misurazione (18) per misurare la depressione nella camera di aspirazione (7b). Nel dispositivo di ricondizionamento e misurazione secondo l'invenzione, la testina di misurazione (7) comprende due condotti di aspirazione (16, 17) per aspirare acqua ed aria rispettivamente. Il primo condotto di aspirazione (16) è disposto nella parte inferiore della camera di aspirazione (7b) ed il secondo condotto di aspirazione (17) è disposto nella parte superiore della camera di aspirazione (7b) per scaricare principalmente aria dalla camera di aspirazione (7b).(Figura 4)
