Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un bruciatore di gas per apparecchi di cottura, del tipo destinato a poter essere utilizzato con gas di diversi tipi; la caratteristica principale del bruciatore consiste nel fatto che l'elemento spartifiamma, al quale è sovrapposto un coperchio (4), è integrato nella testa (1) del bruciatore, realizzato in un sol pezzo con esso, e prevede diversi orifizi, per l'uscita della miscela aria-gas, disposti in due corone, una superiore (3; 9) ed una inferiore (2; 10), che una prima serie di detti orifizi (2; 9), previsti per alimentare le fiamme principali, presentano una sezione tale che la velocità di uscita della miscela sia superiore alla velocità di combustione del tipo di gas più critico e che una seconda serie di detti orifizi (3; 10), previsti per alimentare fiamme pilota, presentano mezzi (5; 11) per rallentare la velocità di uscita della miscela, in modo che essa risulti minore di quella dagli orifizi della prima serie, al fine di stabilizzare dette fiamme pilota e, di conseguenza, le fiamme principali.
