Abstract

Un apparecchio per sbucciare frutta e verdura include una pluralità di alberi sostanzialmente paralleli includente un primo gruppo di alberi ed un secondo gruppo di alberi. Un albero del secondo gruppo essendo interposto a ciascuna coppia adiacente di alberi del primo gruppo, una pluralità di dischi sbucciatori assialmente adiacenti e spaziati, fissati a ciascun albero per ruotare con esso, ciascun tale disco avendo una porzione flessibile estesa radialmente per impegnare un pezzo da sbucciare con mezzi per la rotazione di tutti gli alberi nel medesimo verso, tutti gli alberi del primo gruppo essendo fatti girare ad una prima velocità prestabilita e tutti gli alberi del secondo gruppo essendo fatti girare ad una seconda velocità diversa dalla prima velocità, con un apparecchio di supporto per supportare il meccanismo ruotante e gli alberi.
