Abstract

Procedimento per la fabbricazione contemporanea di due lastre di laminato decorativo, realizzate su base di resina sintetica, mediante due pacchi di laminato decorabile in una pressa monopiano a piastre riscaldate, le cui piastre prementi presentano sul lato del laminato lamiere di decorazione intercambiabili per stampare la struttura decorativa. Innanzitutto si assiemano a monte della pressa i due pacchi di laminato decorabile e si impilano l'uno sull'altro con l'interposizione di uno strato divisorio. Successivamente si alimenta la pila, per mezzo di un dispositivo di caricamento, nella pressa completamente aperta, corrispondentemente alla luce della corsa delle piastre prementi, e la si depone in essa. Si chiude la pressa a piastre monopiano e la si apre nuovamente dopo che è trascorso il tempo prestabilito di indurimento. Successivamente si prelevano congiuntamente dalla pressa le due lastre di laminato decorativo per mezzo di un dispositivo di scarico. I pacchi assiemati di laminato decorabile vengono deposti nella pressa in modo che rimangano libere zone degli stessi, almeno sui lati longitudinali. Queste zone dei pacchi vengono impegnate prima dell'apertura o durante l'apertura della pressa con attrezzi di presa del dispositivo di scarico. Le lastre di laminato decorativo in tal modo trattenute l'una sull'altra vengono prelevate per mezzo del dispositivo di scarico e successivamente rifilate.
