Abstract

Procedimento per la realizzazione di un prodotto piano del tipo a falda di fibre di materiale sintetico termoplastico per mezzo di una testa soffiante faldatrice. La testa soffiante faldatrice presenta una piastra ad ugelli con almeno una fila di ugelli per il materiale sintetico termoplastificato. I cordoni estrusi in uscita dagli ugelli vengono investiti, stirati e suddivisi in fibre da getti piani di aria soffiata simmetrici rispetto agli ugelli, e successivamente vengono depositati come prodotto piano a falda. L'aria soffiata viene convogliata da una camera di distribuzione attraverso opportuni canali in almeno un diffusore. I getti piani di aria soffiata vengono formati dall'aria soffiata in uscita dal diffusore per mezzo di opportuni dispositivi di convogliamento della corrente. E' prevista anche una testa soffiante faldatrice per eseguire il procedimento.
