Abstract

Dispositivo di avvolgimento per l'avvolgimento di un nastro di materiale sintetico addotto in continuo su un nucleo di avvolgimento a dare una bobina ("coil"). Esso possiede due rulli di supporto ad assi paralleli, disposti con l'asse orizzontale, per l'accumulo della bobina che si forma e un dispositivo di deposizione per la bobina finita. Esso possiede inoltre un alimentatore automatico per il nucleo di avvolgimento e un manipolatore delle bobine con dispositivo per la presa di un nucleo di avvolgimento da avvolgere. E' previsto un dispositivo di avvio dell'avvolgimento con più rulli di avvio dell'avvolgimento. E' associato un dispositivo di taglio. Dai due rulli di supporto, uno, a manipolatore delle bobine esente da bobina, può essere ruotato in giù liberando una distanza dall'altro rullo di supporto. Il dispositivo di avvio dell'avvolgimento è disposto nella zona al di sotto dei rulli di supporto e, per l'esecuzione del procedimento di avvio dell'avvolgimento, può essere spostato attraverso la fessura di separazione, liberata mediante la rotazione, tra i rulli di supporto, nella posizione di avvio dell'avvolgimento. Il dispositivo di taglio può essere ruotato nella zona del dispositivo di avvio dell'avvolgimento sopra ai rulli di supporto.
