Abstract

L'invenzione descrive una testa per l'estrusione di materie plastiche di recupero che presentano prevalentemente un punto di fusione superiore ad 80°C e contengono impurità di natura organica e/o minerale, con una granulometria minore di 6 mm, di cui almeno una parte presenta un punto di fusione superiore alla massima temperatura di lavorazione del prodotto stampato. Ad un'apertura di uscita di un estrusore sono collegati un canale di ingresso ed eventualmente un canale di distribuzione, collegati, attraverso un canale di scorrimento, con una fessura, nell'ambito di un complesso ad ugello. Il rapporto fra l'area sezionale del canale di ingresso (14) oppure del canale di distribuzione (18) e l'area sezionale minima del canale di scorrimento (15, 16) e/o della fessura ad ugello (21) è pari almeno a 5:1 e, preferibilmente, e 10:1.(Figura 2).
