Abstract

Macchina per separare un profilato di acciaio mediante tranciatura, con un sistema di azionamento e comando pneumatico o Idraulico nonché una sede di accoglimento del profilato di acciaio, un controsostegno, un mezzo di trattenimento del tratto, una lama di taglio ed una controlama. Il vano cilindrico di una disposizione di sostegno e ritorno a cilindro e pistone è collegato ad una valvola limitatrice del sistema di comando e azionamento che comanda la forza trattenente del mezzo di trattenimento ad ogni tranciatura. La pressione di taglio della lama aumenta, in funzione della corsa di taglio della lama ed a mezzo di trattenimento mancante o rimosso, oltre un intervallo di pressione di taglio crescente fino ad un massimo, al quale massimo fa seguito un intervallo di pressione di taglio decrescente. Il sistema di comando e azionamento presenta un dispositivo di apertura per la valvola limitatrice che apre quest'ultima almeno durante una parte dell'intervallo decrescente della pressione di taglio.
