Abstract

Processo per la fabbricazione di pellets rigati pregelatinizzati di patata e/o cereali in cui l'impasto (23) costituente il pellet (32) é sottoposto ad una azione di gelatinizzazione e di estrusione, potendo le due azioni coincidere, dopo le fasi di estrusione (13-14), la sfoglia essendo sottoposta ad una fase di laminazione-rigatura (15) in cui sia il profilo che le righe presenti sui pellets (32) possono essere di qualsivoglia forma.Pellets rigati, in qualsivoglia forma e di profilo esterno qualsiasi, pregelatinizzati (32) ottenuti secondo il processo di cui sopra.
