Abstract

Un controllo volontario, teso ad ottenere un aumento del riflesso retinico è attuato con una tecnica di biofeedback uditivo basata sulla misura della riflessione retinica, per un miglioramento della percezione visiva nelle sue funzioni principali; il metodo comporta le seguenti fasi:- misurazione periodica della riflessione retinica e delle sue variazioni indipendentemente da fattori di ottica oculare;- produzione di un suono rappresentativo di tali misurazioni, che informa il paziente sullo stato e sulle variazioni della propria riflessione retinica;- insegnamento ad aumentare volontariamente la riflessione retinica per mezzo del controllo volontario sul suono di biofeedback.(Fig. unica).
