Abstract

Macchina per produrre neve che comprende una carcassa esterna tubolare, allungata, che si restringe leggermente da un'estremità di ingresso a uno stretto dispositivo di Venturi, un ugello di scarico che si allarga all'estremità di uscita, una carcassa interna cilindrica coassiale con la carcassa esterna, un rotore a palette assiali portato dalla carcassa interna per aspirare aria nella carcassa esterna, palette di guida dello statore per produrre un flusso di aria praticamente rettilineo, laminare, nella carcassa esterna, una coppia di diffusori anulari in vicinanza dell'estremità di uscita della carcassa interna, l'ugello di scarico e il diffusore creando una corrente esterna, anulare, divergente di aria coassiale con la corrente rettilinea di aria, un ugello per l'acqua sull'estremità di uscita della carcassa interna per spruzzare una corrente divergente di acqua nel centro delle correnti di aria a valle dell'estremità di uscita della carcassa esterna, e una pluralità di nucleatori per mescolare getti di aria e acqua onde formare goccioline di acqua che definiscano i nuclei per provocare la formazione della neve.
