Abstract
Una lama per il taglio di blocchi di materiali lapide duri, come granito o simili, è di forma sostanzialmente rettilinea e presenta un bordo tagliente diamantato. Essa è collegata a mezzi di comando atti ad impartirle un movimento alternativo sostanzialmente pendolare. Detto bordo tagliente (14) presenta un profilo essenzialmente concavo, in particolare sostanzialmente ellittico di forma sostanzialmente coincidente con quella del bordo di una lama normale usurata. Esso è poi diamantato con rivestimento continuo (20) o con placchette (22) di diamante.Posteriormente ai granuli (26) costituenti il rivestimento (20) o il profilo del dente (22) si forma un rilievo o spalla (24, 28) che si trova disposto essenzialmente sul lato opposto a quello con cui il granulo (26) si impegna con il blocco (18) da tagliare durante il taglio dello stesso.
