Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un procedimento per la fabbricazione di stivali di poliuretano ed un dispositivo per l'esecuzione del procedimento, nei quali viene notevolmente perfezionata una forma per la realizzazione di una tomaia con una suola della tomaia e con una suola di usura su questa suola della tomaia, forma che è costituita da una forma interna (7), da due supporti di forma (4, 5) con ognuno una parte di forma laterale (4a, 5a) e da una forma che può essere appoggiata alternativamente ad un supporto del dispositivo di compressione (12) che sostiene una piastra del dispositivo di compressione (15) fornita con un dispositivo di compressione sulla superficie di estremità (14), adiacente alla suola, del supporto della forma richiusa, e tale forma essendo fornita con un supporto dello stampo di fondo (18) equipaggiato con uno stampo di fondo (28) fornito con un'incisione, per il fatto che il supporto dello stampo di fondo (18) può essere appoggiato, tramite un ulteriore elemento di azionamento immediatamente dopo l'appoggio del supporto del dispositivo di compressione (12) sulla superficie di estremità (14) adiacente alla suola, al lato posteriore del supporto del dispositivo di compressione (12), il quale lato posteriore è provvisto con un'ulteriore piastra di compressione (17) che presenta un ulteriore dispositivo di compressione, di modo che si realizzi una cavità di formatura separate per la fabbricazione contemporanea di una zona di suola di usura e della tomaia con la suola della tomaia, e in un'ulteriore operazione del procedimento, dopo la sostituzione del supporto del dispositivo di compressione (12) e del supporto dello stampo di fondo (18), si può ottenere anche una suola intermedia compresa fra la zona della suola si usura e della suola della tomaia.
