Abstract

Valvola di miscelazione controllata termostaticamente avente una cartuccia modulare montata in un alloggiamento. La cartuccia comprende un manicotto tubolare avente disposto girevolmente in esso un alloggiamento cilindrico cavo. Il fondo dell'alloggiamento cilindrico ha una piastra valvolare di controllo di volume fissata in modo da non poter compiere movimento rotazionale rispetto ad esso. La piastra valvolare di controllo di volume coopera con una piastra valvolare fissa con cui essa si trova in contatto superficie-a-superficie per controllare il volume d'acqua che scorre nella cartuccia. La piastra valvolare fissa è fissata in modo da non poter ruotare rispetto ad un elemento a nasello o di estremità che è fissato amovibilmente al fondo del manicotto tubolare. Un alloggiamento interno è disposto entro un alloggiamento cilindrico cavo e definisce con esso passaggi di ingresso d'acqua fredda e calda che sono in comunicazione con una camera di miscelazione nell'interno dell'alloggiamento interno attraverso aperture di alimentazione di acqua calda e fredda. Una struttura termostatica sensibile alla temperatura dell'acqua miscelata è disposta in modo assialmente mobile nella camera di miscelazione ed è operativamente collegata a mezzi valvolari atti ad aprire e chiudere l'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua e l'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua fredda. I mezzi valvolari comprendono un cilindro montato fissamente sulla sommità dell'alloggiamento interno, il fondo del cilindro e la sommità dell'alloggiamento interno definendo l'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua calda. E la sommità del cilindro definendo con uno spallamento interno nell'alloggiamento cilindrico l'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua fredda, ed un pistone è operativamente collegato a detta struttura termostatica e disposto in modo assialmente scorrevole in detto cilindro. Il movimento verso l'alto del pistone nel cilindro serve per chiudere l'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua fredda mentre il movimento verso il basso del pistone serve per chiudere l'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua calda. Un aumento della temperatura dell'acqua miscelata nella camera di miscelazione si traduce in movimento assialmente verso il basso dell'elemento termostatico con conseguente movimento discensionale del pistone così da determinare la strozzatura o chiusura dell'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua calda. Una diminuzione nella temperatura dell'acqua miscelata nella camera di miscelazione ha come conseguenza il movimento assialmente verso l'alto dell'elemento termostatico con conseguente movimento verso l'alto del pistone così da determinare la strozzatura o chiusura dell'apertura di alimentazione dell'acqua fredda mantenendo così una preselezionata temperatura dell'acqua nella camera di miscelazione.
