Abstract

Dispositivo per il controllo direzionale, ed in particolare dello scartamento laterale, di un veicolo (1), quale un trattore per lavori agricoli, che consente di seguire una o più traiettorie prestabilite e parallele sul terreno senza elementi di riferimento predisposti.Il dispositivo prevede un sensore di direzione (CPS) e almeno un sensore incrementale (GS, GD) della distanza percorsa dal veicolo (1), e mezzi di calcolo (PROC) per determinare periodicamente la componente con segno algebrico dello scartamento laterale, nonchè lo scartamento trasversale risultante. Tali informazioni possono essere usate come indicazioni per il conducente, oppure per il controllo di mezzi di guida automatica del veicolo (1). (Fig. 3).
