Abstract

Pressa idraulica per la stampaggio a compressione di materiali plastici: la pressa comprende un piano inferiore fisso ed un piano superiore mobile lungo colonne di guida a loro volta scorrevoli rispetto al piano inferiore. Dei sensori controllano la discesa del piano mobile e l'abbassamento delle colonne di guida inviando segnali ad un'unità logica di controllo programmata per avviare il movimento di discesa delle colonne durante il movimento d'abbassamento del piano mobile e rispettivamente per bloccare il piano mobile alle colonne in movimento, quando la velocità relativa tra le parti risulta sostanzialmente zero. Si riduce in questo modo il ciclo di lavoro della pressa, con continuità di movimento del piano mobile.
