Una pellicola di materiale plastico trasparente per la finestratura di scatole di cartone o per la fabbricazione di un intero contenitore trasparente, è costituita da almeno due fogli di polipropilene, ciascuno di spessore compreso fra i 35 e 60 um, accoppiati fra loro mediante incollaggio e successiva calandratura. Le superfici dei fogli di polipropilene possono essere corrugate sottoponendole a trattamento corona, chimico od a fiamma.
