Abstract

Un dispositivo di drenaggio autopulente per la separazione continua di un liquido da un prodotto alimentare in pezzi. Il dispositivo comprende un involucro esterno avente un'entrata ed un'uscita assialmente allineate; nonché comprende una griglia di drenaggio del liquido che delimita un percorso del prodotto in pezzi tra l'entrata e l'uscita del prodotto. La griglia drenante è costituita da una pluralità di barre ravvicinate che definiscono feritoie longitudinali di sezione crescente nella direzione di passaggio del liquido in modo da garantire un effetto di autopulizia; un pettine di pulizia è mosso alternativamente per rimuovere eventuali depositi dalle feritoie di drenaggio.
