Abstract

Nella piegatrice per barre lunghe e sottili il telaio di base è realizzato come colonna di supporto (1) ruotante intorno ad un'asse verticale (V) che alla sua estremità superiore presenta un braccio orizzontale a sbalzo (2). Una testa (11) di serraggio azionata alla rotazione è supportata alla estremità libera (2a) del braccio a sbalzo, ruotante intorno ad un'asse principale (A) disposto verticalmente. Una slitta (14) con una testa di piegatura (15) è spostabile in direzione verticale sulla colonna (1) di supporto al di sotto del braccio a sbalzo (2). La colonna di supporto (1) con il braccio a sbalzo (2) può ruotare da una posizione di carico (L), in cui la testa di serraggio (11) si trova in vicinanza di un magazzino (16), in una posizione di piegatura (B) lontana dal magazzino (16) ed eventualmente in una posizione di scarico (E). Il magazzino disposto al di fuori della zona di rotazione del braccio a sbalzo (2) è realizzato come magazzino sospeso (16), in cui le barre (12) sono disposte in modo che ciascuna sia sostenuta ad una estremità (12a) e sospesa verticalmente. Mediante un dispositivo di carico (17) le barre (12) possono essere estratte singolarmente dal magazzino sospeso (16) e portate verso l'asse principale.
