Abstract

Procedimento e apparecchiatura per la devolatilizzazione di soluzioni di polifenileneteri, o di loro miscele con altri polimeri, e l'ottenimento del prodotto solido con un contenuto di solvente residuo inferiore a 5% in peso, preferibilmente inferiore al 2% e un trascurabile contenuto di particolato con dimensione massima delle particelle inferiore a 0,1 mm, comprendente:(a) concentrare la soluzione per evaporazione di parte del solvente in condizioni di elevata pressione e temperatura, e (b) far espandere in uscita da una filiera la soluzione concentrata e compressa proveniente da (a) ed allontanare il solvente evaporato durante l'espansione.
