Abstract

Nastri pressati continui in acciaio, strutturati superficialmente e saldati in corrispondenza di un punto di commettitura, servono al trasferimento continuo strutturale del disegno superficiale su laminati di materiale stratificato, pannelli truciolari in legno o similari.L'invenzione si pone il compito di trovare una lega di acciaio adatta per il nastro pressato, con cui, dopo l'asportazione galvanica del materiale, anche nelle zone dei cordoni di saldatura si ottengono risultati strutturali costantemente buoni ed uniformi.Ciò viene ottenuto secondo l'invenzione con l'impiego di un nastro di acciaio, trattato in un bagno di acido e dotato di un cordone di saldatura, con le seguenti componenti di alligatura: carbonio 0 - 0,03%, silicio 2 - 4%, manganese 0,15 - 0,5%, cromo 11 - 14% , nichel 6 - 8%, per la strutturazione galvanica di nastri pressati continui.
