Abstract

La bussola da ribaditura (6) serve per il collegamento di componenti (3, 4, 5, 10, 11) di valvole (2) di compressori, da essa attraversati. Essa è provvista di almeno una scanalatura (16, 22, 26) radiale, ricavata nella sua superficie laterale (17 e 18), ove il suo spessore risulta pertanto indebolito. Sull'altro lato della sua superficie laterale (17, 18) la scanalatura (16, 22, 26) aderisce contro una parte della valvola, o si trova anche di fronte ad una rientranza (19, 23, 27) ricavata nella parte di valvola (3, 5, 25) stessa. Applicando una forza assiale sulla bussola (6), viene causata la sua deformazione radiale, con il conseguente suo bloccaggio nella parte di valvola adiacente. Se si prevede una rientranza (19, 23, 27) opposta alla scanalatura (16, 22, 26), essa viene riempita dal materiale della bussola (6) in fase di deformazione e si ottiene dunque un collegamento stabile e privo di gioco.
