Abstract

Il gruppo di cilindri strappatori comprende due coppie di cilindri, le quali sono costituite rispettivamente da un cilindro strappatore (3, 5) e da un cilindro di pressione (4, 6), i quali vengono premuti l'uno contro l'altro da un dispositivo di spinta (13, 15, 17). Il dispositivo di spinta (13, 15, 17) è conformato in modo che esso prema l'uno contro l'altro entrambi i cilindri (5, 6) della seconda coppia con una forza maggiore e entrambi i cilindri (3, 4) della prima coppia con una forza minore. Il rapporto di entrambe le forze può comportare circa 1,2 : 1 fino a 2 : 1. A seguito della forza maggiore, per mezzo della quale vengono premuti l'uno contro l'altro i cilindri (5, 6) della seconda coppia, risulta un velo pettinato più uniforme, in particolare nella pettinatura di fibre relativamente lunghe e/o in presenza di alte velocità di lavoro.
